dontshootimbutt
So I've noticed this constantly happening anywhere with navmeshing, It appears to be a diceroll to see if an NPC will spawn where I place them in the kit. Objects are fine, but NPCs with their sandboxing turned off will spawn anywhere within 10ft of where I place them, and If I leave the cell and come back their positions will sometimes change. If anyone has had this problem and knows any way to fix, it would be much appreciated.
maxarturo
This is not a CK - Skyrim game problem or bug, is just how AI works combine with their animation (if you want to know more, just research it. I'll post you a link when i manage to remember it). If you want to have a specific npc or animal standing in an exact position you need to : make a custom package with a 'Sit on target' template then set an idlemarker or xmarker as the reference. This will keep any npc or animal in the position assign. They will only leave their position if they are involved in a fight or they are push - bother (in this case they will move a little), after a few seconds they will return to the position you have assign them to be.
