HDT Physics making weapons and quivers shakey

I've narrowed it down to the weapon sling as it goes away when I unequip it. Nothing has changed. I haven't played Skyrim in. Idk? A year? And I don't remember this issue.

 

The only thing that's changed is I now have Bruma installed, that's it.
