db878
12 hours ago I was able to play and run the game perfectly fine, but now it won't even start. Sad thing is, I didn't change a thing. I turned off my computer and went to bed, and am just now able to play again. I woke up, did my WoW raid, then tried to run skyrim. If I use the Simple Borderless Windows launcher, it just flashes the black box then goes right back to desktop. Same thing with the SKSE launcher and the default. I had just reinstalled the game yesterday as I was having massive CTD problems due to IMCN. I reinstalled all my mods, got everything running perfectly about 13 hours ago, ran a few quests then went to bed. Not exactly sure why this is doing this. I tried validating, didn't work. I believe on July 24 there was an update that supposedly optimized performance. I have been having horrible lag issues ever since.
db878
I've seen changing the audio, verifying, even setting graphics to low, nothing is working. I just uninstalled and started redownloading, looks like I'll have to spend another 2 hours tweaking my mods :wallbash: Edited July 30, 2012 by db878
