Random NPCs missing eye textures?

Sometime through my play-through NPCs began appearing with fully white eyes. At first I just thought it was apart of some mod I might have installed that made some NPCs appear blind or something like that. But as I continued my play-through I'm noticed more and more NPCs like this that it became distracting. I've disabled, re-enabled, uninstalled and reinstalled every mod associating with eyes or NPC appearance changes but no joy.

If anyone has any idea what the problem would be I'd greatly appreciate it as I've found no search results similar to my case.

if u are using race menu u need to install it manually donT use vortex or NMM and then go tho this file

Unfortunately not. It would introduce other visual glitches. Setting this value to 0 is actually the "fix".

 

TBH, I've never seen something like your issue before, so I admit I have no clue.

Maybe posting your load order would help me (or other, more experienced people) to get an idea.

The only sort of idea I have is that I installed an ENB recently just out of curiosity and I didn't like it so I deleted all the files, but somehow along the way my whole data folder just disappeared. Somehow I accidentally moved my data folder from skyrim to my downloads which removed all the mods from the folder. Once I moved it back to the skyrim folder vortex realised the folder was back and put all my mods back in there.

I believe the glitch happened after this but I can't say for sure.

Btw thanks for the reply I really appreciate it, It really isn't a huge issue I can look past it for the most part anyway. I just found it super odd that no one else has had a similar problem before.

I had a similar problem with argonian npcs having solid purple eyes, exporting their face data in the CK fixed it for me.
