1Crimson1
As a pack rat, I would like to say that it sucks having to spend 50% of my game play sorting out my inventory. I think it would be extremely helpful having a mod like Super Storage, which is a magic spell that opens a storage chest, and have all looted items simply go there instead of in your inventory. This way your characters weight isn't getting hit and you can travel light which makes it easier to access items when needed. Then when you're ready to sell or picked up something worth keeping, you just open up your magic storage chest and do what you do. The inner pack rat in all of us will finally be free to run wild!Sure it would be lore breaking, somewhat, but who really cares? I want this, come on! 1Crimson1
I was unable to get this to work, but it seems like it's just another form of a portable chest. What I'm looking for is something that essentially replaces the function of Take, Take All, Steal, and Steal All commands with a function that puts those items directly into a chest, much like Super Storage which is a magic spell, instead of going straight into your inventory. I would imagine something like this will require SKSE64 scripting. Thanks for the suggestion though. *EDIT: This mod could even have a MGM menu that could enable/disable the mod, or even select what chest, or magic spell, you want the looted items to go to. 1Crimson1
Another thought too, if this mod has it's own magic chest, it could even save a .txt file with the item ID's so that the more tech savvy people can easily add/remove whatever items they want outside of the game. It could make testing out new weapon and armor mods even easier, maybe even quicker.
