Saphiira has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Upload of 4 mods containing music (main menu replacers) by other artists without providing the original artists‘/right holders‘ permissions for use and redistribution on Nexus.
The mods also contained mod images showing artwork by other artists and real people without providing the original artists‘/image creators‘/people’s permissions for use and redistribution.

Uploader’s „Asset use permissions“ provided for all mods:
„You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“
Permissions/sub licences from the original artists/right holders of the music, artwork and images (real people) that allow the uploader to give permission for further use of these assets in the files have not been provided.
