Skyrim Draw Distance Help

Hey, I just came back to Skyrim and wanted to play a new character but with mods, but I think I got a problem with my game draw distance

I tried working with skyrim.ini in the documents folder and still nothing, even tried BethINI but it seems it isn't working.I maybe doing something wrong but I really need help on this one.

which skyrim do you use ? SE or LE ?, if its LE you can try DynDOLOD (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59721) just make sure you follow the instruction how to use it especially if you are using mo2. if its SE try checking out the prefs and look at this line

 

[General]

uLargeRefLODGridSize=11

 

change it to 20. hope this will help.
