NVSE + 4GB + Project Nevada

So I've been trying to get FNV to run with Project Nevada today, and I continually get the following error:

 

Project Nevada could not detect the New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE), which is required for correct operation.

 

I'm using FOMM to run the following mods, pointing it to fn4gb.exe as the custom executable.

I've also tried running fn4gb.exe directly from the directory (which is an x86 directory, but I have FOMM set up to remove UAC checks, and UAC is disabled anyway on my computer).

 

I haven't tried running NVSE_loader.exe from the FNV directory, but I do have a copy of it there with all the .dll's. Any ideas?
