More about Nehrim

HOWSE

Recommended Posts

I tried my own research by actually installing various files from Oblivion and each crashed the game at launch. What I really want to do is install multi-summons as in Oblivion. I could use some input from you all.

PS: I'm really enjoying Nehrim; the new landscapes, wilderness and city/villages bring back the tension first experienced with Oblivion because you never know what's coming next.

A mod that has been made for Oblivion relies on the Oblivion Master File to run. When the game is run and one of the mods is missing its master file, the game crashes at launch.

Long story short, Oblivion mods won't work for Nehrim. Some mods can work with both, if they have no master at all. The best way to tell is using Wrye Bash, because clicking on a mod in Wrye Bash gives a list of its master files on the right, so you can always tell when a mod will work with Nehrim.

Thanks for your response, I finally learned how to get OBMM and Wrye to work with Nehrim so now I can see what you're saying.
