Weird See-through texture coming from head.

As you can see, i have this weird ghost like thing coming from my character, it gets worse and larger if i walk around to the point where if im not zoomed far back, my screen gets darker. Also it only appearing in third person not first. My mod list will be on the bottom. If anyone knows the problem please let me know, as i can't find anything on this.
