Frequent CTDs and freezes.

Hello,

I recently decided to download Skyrim and download mods. I have quite a few downloaded, as many of the mods require other mods to work. I'm pretty sure Vortex automatically puts mods in the correct load order, so I'm not sure what could be causing the issue. Here is my mod load order:
