Qarls Texture Pack III Full v1.3 OMOD

Where can I download the working version? I got one from here, but it doesn't install in nexus mod manager. This error pops up:

 

"The execution has failed due to the bug in the SevenZipSharp"

downloaded Qarl Texture Pack 3 Redimized and Further Reduced OMOD = same problem? What's going on? Is nexus mod manager not able to install large files?

 

 

edit:

 

extracted mod file and recreated 7zip archive with fastest compression level. Renamed it to .omod archive. Closed everything except nexus mod manager and successfully installed the mod.

Use Wrye Bash instead of manually installing the mods. That way... if you decide to revert back to vanilla, the process makes it easier.
