FaceGen and texture problem with facial hair

Hello.

I made a new facial hair, and I can see the model in Creation Kit and Skyrim, but the model doesn't have the texture and I put the texture with 3ds Max and Nifskope but the model is in color black. In Nifskope I select yes in Has vertex colors. How can I make the texture is in the model?

And when I want to see my new race with my new beard I have this problem:
