Skyrim Races

Hi! First of all, I'd like to thank you all for your generosity and the time spent helping all of us (including me of course!), you're an amazing community!!

 

I'd like to make a question someone should be able to answer: Is there any mod out there that changes all races to Skyrim races?

I swear, when I saw Skyrim races I was stunned!

I've found an orc head replacer for the weird-looking nose that orcs have (I wanted some lower noses because sometimes I can be a bit balky... oops. OK I wanted to create a character that ressembled Beastboy and I saaid ORCS could make it!).

So, I was wondering,

is there any mod that replaces Oblivion races to look more "Skyrimised"?

I wish I could use them as replacers so if they are not default replacers, I'd like some advice on how to do it, please if you can be so kind to point me out the way (I am starting to understand Construction Set but I still don't have the ability to create something and make it work lol).
