aoh125
~~answer~~ the cell that have had no editing what so ever to the landscape do this. Hello, im fairly new to modding. I have been trying to create just a basic flat world cell to customize and build with and while making it hasnt been an issue (rightclick new inside world cell editor) the individual wilderness cells keep jumping up and down to crazy different elevations making the world completely useless. i spent multiple hours trying to google and find any information about this specific issue but mostly only seem to find things relating to heightmap editing which as i understand it is about generating random elevations mountains etc and can be used to create a custom world map for your cell somehow but from what ive read has nothing to do with the individual wilderness cells just being waaayy up in the air or far down below one and other. im not sure what other information would be relevant to help with describing my issue or finding a solution but it seems worth noting im trying to do this within an active .esp and using the skyrim and master .esm master files only. the active esp has custom npcs enchantments spells etc all dup'ed from the originals and renamed or made fresh new so i doubt even if they are somehow tied into this they would be conflicting and causing it. had given up on the idea of using a world cell and been sticking with just interior's but i cant shake the thought of how much better it would be if i could figure this out and just create an entire world area to add my w.e custom content to. also seems worth saying im using the creastion kit 64-bit. any direction or help with this would be appreciated thanks for reading. **loading the CK without the .esp and making a fresh world space doesnt have this issue but seems moot if making another one will just end up like the one in the current .esp im working on since i would be copying it to that or that to it anyway.** **decided to try and make a fresh world without the .esp loaded and then load it and copy over the new one which seems like a work around for the moment but makes me wonder how long until this new uncorrupted one ends up like the ones i try to make with the .esp loaded. **while tinkering with some of the landscape a bit the wilderness cells started offsetting in the new world space again so im at a total lose as to what to do here.
