Problems with presets,and Hello!

I have a problem with the presets (in Skyrim),so i got a preset from a mod (demoniac) and i made the preset a .jslot file in /presets,i thought it was done,but not even close.

I stayed like 1 day (it might seem like im retarded,but i just got into this modding community,so its new stuff),i got other mods like those immersive ones,but,when i tried a body preset (those immersive mods work tho) it didnt work,i said ''maybe it's the preset'',so i downloaded other presets for bodyslide using vortex for all of them,and nothing.

I reainstalled the mods in a different order,so i made sure i got the mod a i wanted over the rest of the mods,reinstalled them over and over and nothing.

I think its because i have CBBE,bodyslide and racemenu enabled simultaneously.

If you can recommend just one preset loader that doesnt need any adittional work than just downloading and letting vortex do the job i would be thankful,or at least explain me (pls) wtf should i do with those .xml files,cuz i tried bodyslider,and nothing.
