Mod that blurs / obscures vision on low health, how to disable it?

Hi guys,

 

there is a mod burried deep somewhere in this list which blurs the vision on low health. I would like to disable it, but I can't find out which mod it is and if I can just edit an ini file. Does someone has any idea?

Maybe it is:

HealthEnabled = 0
FatigueEnabled = 0

in OblivionReloaded.ini

 

Thx for the modname where I needed to look around.

 

Edit: No it is just for exhausted sounds.

 

Edit2: This could be the solution:

 

I actually had this problem just yesterday! It's your oblivion reloaded. Press o when in game and go to low health and fatigue. Turn down your vignette multiplier or one of the other settings using your numpad - key

Edit**** also to navigate the menu use arrow keys. Numpad - and + raise and lower amounts. Press enter (not numpad) to save your edits
