Map camera issue

I am having an issue with my world map. I have seen a couple of posts about it, but their solutions are not working for me.

 

When I open the world map, the camera tilts upwards and I see a blue screen with icons in the top left and bottom left corners. The local map works fine.

I do not have the problem when no mods are running, but I cannot seem to pin down what mod may be causing the trouble. I have done a clean install and enabled mods one by one, but there doesn't seem to be one particular mod that I can see causing the problem. I have cleaned all the mods with TESEdit.

 

Anyone know what may be the problem or where I can start to look? Thanks!
