Centurion power armor

I've been thinking about some mods and then i've seen Centurion armor from Warhammer 40k. This armor allow to wear it on common space marine armor. So why couldn't it be used in fallout 4. Only think about that. You are in power armor. And you can enter into second more powerful power armor.

Wargear can be like this: two miniguns or rocket launchers under each hand or one minigun under one hand and under second hand you have melee weapon. That would be awesome

Where would it be avalible? Brotherhood can have one or two. And in one of abandoned military base.

How could it works? Like standard power armor but a little bigger.
