rladngus
I just installed this mod because it looked nice and it had tons of feedback (also looked interesting). However, I feel that I might have not installed it properly. Can't say for sure since the program didn't give me any feedback on it. Basically, the mod is advertised with many things but I'm lacking those features in-game. Two of the things I can remember are: AGI-focused Action Points and Helmet Visor. I can see in the menu that STR-focused Carry Weight is available for tweaking but nowhere in the menu is anything about AGI mentioned. Also I'm wearing the Riot Helmet and in the video preview on the mod page, it shows the helmet giving the ability to display a unique visor effect in first person view, but I'm not getting that in my game. I tried un-equipping and re-equipping. I'm also not getting any of the unique vision modes, like thermal and such. Maybe it's because I'm not wearing the right gear? I thought Riot Helmet had that ability. Or are Power Armors (helmets) the only ones capable of that feature? edit: please disregard the comment about AGI. I actually seem to have overlooked it in the menu. However, the Helmet Visor still stands true. I'm not getting the visual effect at all. Someone help? What's going on? frozenlemon
Do you have Mod Configuration Menu installed? If so, check the options under Project Nevada and make sure you have visor overlay enabled :-)
rladngus
Do you have Mod Configuration Menu installed? If so, check the options under Project Nevada and make sure you have visor overlay enabled :-)Yes, I do have MCM installed. And I did check to see that the feature was enabled. I tried un-checking and checking, restarting the game, un-equipping the helmet and re-equipping it, but it never worked, not even once. Maybe it's because I was trying it on the wrong helmet? Does the mod work on Riot Helmets? Because that's what I had been using.

If I'm not mistaken riot helmets came with a DLC, so you'll need the appropriate patches. Do your vanilla helmets work though? Oh and here's the link for the patches, they're on a separate nexus page so you might have missed them http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/42363/

dubiousintent
Please see the Nexus "Terms of Service" about not resurrecting old threads. Especially since your problem does not seem to be related to the subject matter at all. Suggest you look at the 'Solutions to Mesh (Red "!" icon) or Texture (solid color) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide first. If that doesn't solve your problem, please start your own thread in the "Technical Support" sub-forum and provide the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Edit: corrected suggested sub-forum. -Dubious- Edited August 1, 2017 by dubiousintent
