If it helps I am using the following NVSE plugins:

NVSE

MCM.dll

pn_nvse.dll

sr_New_Vegas_Stutter_Remover.dll

I installed the mods one by and tested for immediate crashes. Upon the success of the installation I used BOSS to optimize the load order. Now however when I do anything related to quests(eg. sunny smiles tutorial quest or fix the radio) the game will immediately crash. My question is, have I done something wrong(basically am I an idiot?) and are these mods incompatible with each other. Also if I use wrye flash to merge the mods will that fix the errors that are causing the crashes?

I suppose I should also mention that I used NMM to do the installation.

Crash on start means your missing a master of a mod, take some time and read the mods readme and find out which mod is missing. Or you could open Wyre and look for a mod that is bright red, that means its missing a master.

My bad, I guess I didn't explain the problem well enough. The game loads just fine it crashes during play when I interact with quest objects and quest NPCs

Ah, well sadly I do not use most the mods you have listed there. A Bashed patch might help you since it does help remove conflicts, but your best bet is to sadly go through the mods and turn them off a few at a time to see which one is causing the issue.

Inventory Access would be my guess, but again you can only be sure by turning them off.
