Go to the Steam Workshop page for that mod and click on unsubscribe. When you start the game from Steam and get to the launcher wait a minute for the change to register and uninstall the mod.

@Rustle32, hi, if you're referring to:

Skyrim Online by AwpSoLeet - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3592

Uninstall instructions that they provide are: delete SkyrimOnline.asi, SkyrimOnlineProxy.dll, enbpatch.ini, d3d9.dll

(i don't think i'd delete d3d9.dll (make a backup), this is often used by other mods)

heard something about some idiot destructive hacker getting into their website recently and deleting

login account subscriptions, forum backups, online features, and spreading lies about the project being cancelled.

also, skyrim online may have issues with SKSE, scriptdragon, patch v1.7, and windows xp.

Did you use the Nexus Mod Manager? If you did, do the reverse of what you did to install it.

If you dropped the files in to your Skyrim data folder, then you will need to delete the files one by one. Open up a copy of the mod's compressed folder in a different location and see where the files are in relation to the Data folder to find them. This is the reason most people use some sort of mod manager.
