Please Help (CTD)

So basically my game crashes when I load a save with an exterior cell (outside). It does NOT crash when I load an interior cell (inside). Even stranger, if I load an interior cell save and then load an exterior cell save, it will work fine, HOWEVER if I try to load an exterior cell save WITHOUT loading the interior save file first, it will crash. Any ideas?

 

I also get the following errors in FNVEdit. I'm not sure if this is relevant.

You should post your load order and also those error messages don't mean anything to me unless you include what file they where generated from.
