bcrankshaw Posted March 8, 2019 Share Posted March 8, 2019 Hi AllI have been playing Fallout 4 for about 250 hours but now I have hit a bug, which is ostensibly self-inflicted , where when I try to teleport into the Institution the game CTD This appears only to happen trying to teleport back into the Institution, I can quick travel to other places fine, I am right at the end of the game so any suggestions around how to address this would be appreciated :cool: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
