Problem with changing Casting Type.

Hello. I've saw on one of the episodes of Skyrim Mods Weekly, this one in particular,

In the duel demonstration, I've saw the guy like, rapidfire fireball and stuff. I wanted to do it for myself, so I did a bit of looking on about spells on CreationKit's website, and I found exactly what I want to change.

Sorry for the poor editing, I was on a friend's laptop. So my problem is the fact that casting type is grey'ed out. I think there's something I'm missing, so...? Help?
