LE [Request] Simple nose scar texture or help in making one myself

Looking to recreate my FFXIV character for a run of a heavily modded Skyrim, I have tried many scar mods to no avail in search of something similar to the one shown in the screenshot below, and thus I am requesting someone with far more knowledge than I to please make it for me, or point me in the right direction for learning how to make it myself.

 

Here's a reference screenshot below, though if more are needed, let me know. I am willing to wait as long as it takes, and give compensation/tip within reason. One small thing that would also make me really happy is if it's easy/mod manager installation as I'm a complete hack fraud noob at managing my mods :smile:
