Strange texture after modifying landscape

I'm trying to make a small plain in eastern Cyrodiil to build a house there. I straightened the terrain in TSECS, but I still get ugly penetrable hill texture on the plain when in-game. How do I remove it?

This looks like a 'land tear', which is caused by a mod conflict. Use FormID Finder and TES4Edit/GECKO to identify the conflict.

Edit: Here is some more info to help you with this.

"Open the console, type "tdt", write down the cell number, jump over the void, and write down the other cell number. Now you have 2 neighboring cells, where obviously something must be different.

Install tes4edit, go to the Tamriel wordspace, and find your 2 cells. You can see where are the possible changes, and what is different between the 2 cells."

"Your best bet is to in game and near the tear open the console and click on any inanimate object write down the FormID number. Then load all active plugins in Tes4edit and then search for that FormID ... it will give you the worldspace cells it is located in. Then look for other mods affecting that cell. Most likely you are missing a patch of some kind."

I've seen missing squares of land you would fall in caused by mod conflict ( this was when I gave the "landmagic" utility a try, it's supposed to fix land tears but like weOCPS it was abandoned. removing that fixed the issue. ) .

It also can't be caused by memory usage capacity, I've seen it happen with the game freshly started and RAM usage safely away from the limit ( and besides I'm using the 4gb enabler )

"It can happen when an object (not a static) loads into memory before the land does. For example, a gold piece loads into memory in one cell, then rolls downhill and lands in a cell that hasn't loaded yet. The result is missing land. Maybe someone else can give a more technically correct explanation, but that's the gist of it. I can envision a scenario where being close to the memory cap causes a similar issue, but haven't seen it myself."

2)I'm in need of a mod with teared landscape to test a tool I made(a tool to fix tears obviously).

More than teared landscape I'd like this "test" mod to have some rock/object on it, I'm quite unsure of the inheritance/override of cell grups(I just exported the land and not the other entries, I may have to change that). If the teared landscape could be near the imperial city all the better :).

"It's highly unlikely you'll find a single mod with land tears in itself. This sort of thing usually would only happen in a mod which has been cleaned in TES4Gecko or TES4Edit manually and a mistake was made.

"You will however find plenty of land tears when loading two conflicting ESPs together at the same time. Take a look at my UL Compatibility Patches page on TESNexus, it lists a number of conflicting mods, many of which include land tears in the conflict. If you were to take those conflicting mods and NOT use my corresponding patch, you'll get land tears!

"But if you NEED the tears to be in one ESP, you could always merge the conflicting mods together, that should create a single ESP with land tears.

Another alternative would be to take any mod with heavy landscape reshaping, and remove some land records. This would also produce land tears along all the cell bordering that removed record. "
