I was wondering if anyone would be able to mod Fallout 3 so that it includes Confirmed Bachelor and Cherchez La Femme as available Perks in the game. I know that there are already mods that allow you to pick Lady Killer and Black Widow regardless of gender, but I want something that changes the perk names and the images. I don't care about having new dialogue options created for this perk, as I'm mainly interested in the 10% damage boost.
