[Mod Request] Graphic mod

Hi ! First, sorry if I have a bad english, I'm french.

 

I'm searching for a mod, or someone to make one, to make the player always seeing like when we see a shout word (in dungeons)

 

When you see normally, it's like that :

But when you see a word, the vision and the colors are changed :

So what i'm searching for is not a ENB because if I install one of it... -> 5fps.

But just a graphic mod that makes the player always see like the 2nd screen.
