Can someone recommend an immersion mod ?

I'm looking for a mod that adds plenty of grass and makes all the buildings, streets etc. look overgrown.

Something like ReGrowth Overhaul (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9656) but with no trees.

Also any similar mods with texture packs would be good.
