SSE Remove all NPCs and lock major towns (long dark type mod)

Hello lads! I was doing some reasearch looking to see if this mod already existed and I saw a few options, but non of them work in Skyrim SE. one being lonely Skyrim mod and the other was a batch file I saw on Reddit that essentially disables all NPCs but it doesnât work on SE (some are disabled and some arenât). The point is to use survival mods and turn Skyrim basically into The Long Dark. Thanks for reading.
