I would like to see one even if its just one out in the middle of nowhere and was like a boss. The story behind it would be drug addict super mutant using the multiple ghoul-eifying drugs that hand cock had originally took a dose of to become a ghoul. This forcible activated the ghoul gene dormant in their super mutant dna. Maybe multiple Super mutant ghouls in a drug den and one could become a follower because the managed to keep there sanity through all this.
