DrakeTheDragon
We'll need your mod list and load order. Those heads don't disappear on their own, so either a mod did it or an error during install of one. Are you using any creature head mesh or texture replacers for instance? A missing normal map ("..._n.dds") texture file can also make meshes disappear.

Turul1989
I can delete mountain lion's texture where can I find it?
DrakeTheDragon
Well, you mentioned something of an animal texture replacer but didn't give us a list of your mods. Not all mods have ESPs and will appear inside your load order. There's also replacer-type mods, which we'll also need to know. I for one am not seeing anything touching animals inside the load order you gave us for example, so it shouldn't be coming from any of them. It's doubtful you can delete the mountain lion's textures, or if you can, it won't fix your issue. If you aren't using a texture replacer of sorts, the mountain lion's textures will be taken straight from inside the game's "Oblivion - Textures Compressed.bsa". And if you are using a texture replacer, deleting even more textures won't fix already missing ones. The only way a texture from a replacer can be missing is when the replacer replaced the "NIF" and made it point to a "different" texture, which for whatever reason then wasn't installed correctly. Failure to install a replacement "texture" correctly will just make the game stick to its original one instead. For reference's sake, the textures of the mountain lion can be found inside "textures/creatures/mountain lion/". But it seems like there's only a single one used for all parts. So if the head is missing but the rest of the body is fine, it shouldn't be the texture(s) now either. And if the head's NIF was missing, the game would use the default one instead, as I can't see any plugin messing with the mountain lions in your LO. What's left is some replacement of the mountain lion's head NIF, as that one's a separate file from the body, which is pointing to a different texture file than the only one there is, maybe even just a typo in the folder name or some such. I've seen creature replacers using both "mountainlion" and "mountain lion" in their files paths on my quick skim through potential replacer mods. One of these would be wrong and faulty then, but as it isn't known for missing textures or meshes it's perhaps fixing this itself inside the NIF, which in combination with a different replacer would cause exactly this issue now, so chances aren't small it's a similar thing. edit: Coming to think of it, there's 1 more cause for missing texture issues without textures actually missing. A faulty approach to Archive Invalidation, through use of the archaic and outdated "Archive Invalidation.txt" list file can actually -create- missing textures, by pointing the game to an external replacement file which was later on removed. Proper Archive Invalidation solutions, like BSA Redirection, and the removal of any left-over "Archive Invalidation.txt" files found inside your folders, cannot cause this issue, as then when a replacement gets removed the game just falls back to the original. But messed up Archive Invalidation very well can, like explained.
Turul1989
Drake thank you sir for info, The replacer mod is, Mythic Animals low res-29638, sorry for forget. I will try few things you advised thx. I also sending you a kudo :)
DrakeTheDragon
Hmm, yeah, that was one of the ones I came across on my skim. But it's a pure texture replacer, no replaced NIFs potentially pointing to different textures and no ESPs potentially pointing to different NIFs. And as can be seen inside your video, this one's replaced textures are working rather fine on your mountain lion. But you can give it a try and "rename" the 2 texture files coming from it ("mountainlion02.dds" and "mountainlion02_n.dds"), thus force the game to fall back to its originals, and see if it fixes the issue. If it does, which I rather doubt honestly, then we can go down investigating that road further and see how to get Mythic Animals to work anyways. It's working for me, so it should be working for you, too. But could you please give us a complete list of your installed mods, not just one by one? Maybe there's a file conflict somewhere, or something important is missing, and we won't see it without knowing them all. However, I just got some time to watch the video in higher resolution and bigger size, while I previously just skimmed across it due to lack of free time, and I'm seeing a "transparent" head mesh? Not a missing one, or an invisible, no, it looks like it's made of glass somehow... That's a new one. I don't think I've ever seen something like this before. Maybe there's a membrane shader running on the corpse still, like from Get Wet or faulty blood sprays, and it's not so obvious on the functioning body but highly visible on the invisible head. Still... it's looking odd. I can handle missing meshes and/or textures, but transparent/crystalline body parts will get really interesting to me, too. Let's take care of the basics first as well now, as the cause for this peculiar problem could go several more places than just the usual.- What's your game version (can be read up at the bottom of the main menu title screen, v1.2.0416 is the latest and should be your's by any means), and what distribution (Steam, GoG, Direct2Drive, retail disc, etc.) are you using?- What means of Archive Invalidation did you apply? Mythic Animals instructs to use either the Oblivion Mod Manager's (OBMM) or the stand-alone mod "ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!", which are both proper solutions when done correctly, but also not the only ones. Though when I see your new textures working perfectly fine on the mountain lion, chances are high you got that one set up and working right, or they wouldn't.- What mod manager are you using (Nexus Mod Manager, Vortex, OBMM, Wyre Bash's BAIN, Mod Organizer 1/2, etc.) or are you installing manually still?- Asking for where your game's installed and your operating system (Windows version, most likely) shouldn't be top priority, as the replacement textures from Mythic already seem to be working fine, so it can't be that a problematic one, but just to make sure, if it's inside the problematic program files or similarly over-protected Windows system folders.- And are you using the Unofficial Oblivion Patch (UOP) already or not? Can't recall, as it fixes literally "thousands" of bugs, but could be that issue's one of the Vanilla game and was fixed inside it as well. Hmm, that's the most important points coming to mind off the top of my head right now. All of this could be causing issues when done/used wrong, and all of this can affect the path to go down in order to find the culprit and the solution as well. Turul1989
Drake thx for advise, I solved the problem, I just deleted mountain lion texture and works perfect now.Thx a lot!
DrakeTheDragon
What? How? How can deleting a replacement texture be the fix for this issue? Unless... No, I definitely have to check that out for myself now. It's possible the low-res texture from Mythic Animals has an alpha channel erroneously, and the mountain lion's body isn't affected, because it doesn't have a NiAlpha property, but the head mesh does. I definitely need to check that the next possible occasion. Else this "solution" doesn't make any sense. :ermm: Ah, well, but I'm glad you got it fixed. Doesn't matter I'm not getting how it worked, if it worked. That's a problem for me to solve, not you. Glad I could be of some help!
