LE "Transfer Enchantment" Mod

I'd like to know if there are Skyrim mods that allow for transferring an enchantment from one item to another. It could be very useful for putting a vanilla enchantment on a custom armor or weapon, or just moving it to something you prefer the look of. I found a mod for Oblivion that does this, and Skyrim uses the same basic engine, so I wonder if it would be possible.
