Coming soon: The Soldiers of Aranmathi

I am a very big fan of the ayleid style home Aranmathi:

However I was let down by the lack of themed inhabitants of the house, there are only females dressed in generic armor. This, being an ayleid style house, I wanted fitting soldiers to inhabit the house.

 

So, i started searching tesnexus for some mods to style them how I wanted.

This makes use of the CM companion mod. They were designed to populate my Aranmathi home, but Aranmathi isn't required, in fact the soldiers spawn in a different area, I simply made them follow me there then had them stay. They all have slightly different AI packages, so that they don't ritualisticly eat drink and sleep :P. Putting them in the throne room of aranmathi gives them access to everything their AI needs. But like i said, you can use them anywhere. they are not essential but they are able fighters and do respawn. Because there are a few included, you always have a supply of soldiers.

 

All soldiers are a custom race, which are essientially shorter Altmer with more combat oriented stats. Their height is set as 1.04 in the CS.

 

There are 5 soldiers and 3 archers availible. I am currently obtaining permission from the authors of the mods involved (Newbs armored robes have already been ok'd by newber1337, which is great as i couldn't imagine them wearing anything else- http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18423)
