MrShadowBlood
I noticed if I keep reloading saves every minute the game will act normal but will freeze up then I am force to shut off computer since it won't let me exit, I found this out when I kept seeing a bug and tried to load saves to get rid of it...is this normal for skyrim thats modded? thumbincubation
That happens to me occasionally, but nowhere near that often. I'm not sure, but I think it is my GPU either getting overwhelmed or too hot.
Arneercool
This is normal if you somehow effed up. To me it sounds like a script running amok, and no re-load will fix that in the end, i could be wrong though. I would recommend you to use some guides to get a clear understanding of why stuff breaks, what to avoid, and how to fix. Read this from beginning to end. First the primer https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/articles/903 Second the guide https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12562 Notice: You will need to specifically read up on how to use tesedit through their pages for an clear understanding on how to clean and setup you game for modding and bugfixing, at lot of changes has just been implemented in some of the most used tools for skyrim modding, but no worries, if you can read you can figure this out. And if you use the above guide, start by using only [Y] mods, and use/learn all the stuff from the bugfix section located under core mods. There is something called netscript framework, and that gives you an very usefull crash log.

Of cause, misusing the save system will make it prone to breakage, so reloading re-saving too often is not something i can recommend, and especially not auto and quick saves. It could literally be anything that sets this off, even something as stupid as a wrongly configured gpu or third party software like riva tuner, or ultimately your computer. Or it could be something as benign as a misplaced folder in /data I'm not sure anyone has answers for this, all i can say is that one is wise to learn how to use the tools provided as people are busy bugfixing their own games. I hope you figure it out.

So Either going to find a way fix it or make a new topic since this is unrelated to this
thumbincubation
If I am reading that right, your mod and patch both have the same identical name? I'd suggest double checking the mod page, description tab, and look for any stickies. Also, open the archive and look for a read me. I could be off base, but it sounds like one of those "use one or the other" mods, where the patch is actually a separate version of the mod, with whatever items that needed patching included.
