Wrye Bash Won't Start For Oblivion

I've got Wrye Bash installed for both Skyrim and Oblivion, purchased through Steam. Wrye Bash runs fine for Skyrim, but if I switch the game to Oblivion or start Wrye Bash from Oblivion's directory, I get this in the error log. Any thoughts?

Fixed the problem. Had to install 295, then overwrite it with 299. I guess it was a bug with 299.
