LE Lord Harkons Shield/Barrier

I was wondering if someone could create a player useable spell mod that mimics the effect of Dawnguard-- Lord Harkon's invulnerability shield/barrier that he uses throughout the fight.

 

I tried to learn to spell from its ID in the console but couldn't find it in my spell book in both forms once I learned it (vampire lord or regular)

 

I had to unlearn it(without learning it in the first place) to learn it. The console kept saying that spell was NOT learned if i didn't remove it then learn it.
