helzi
I'll use an example to explain: I have made a mod, where the player owns a castle. I then decide to add a red sofa that I downloaded from this site. How do I put the meshes and textures for this sofa into the folder for this mod, so that people see it when they play my mod? If you don't understand, I'll try to explain in more detail, but I don't like sticking with the vanilla Oblivion furniture. Thank you to anyone who can help me. I'll be waiting for your replies. :}
LoginToDownload
I find it easiest, when uploading, to put all the stuff that comprises the mod (.esp, readme, and other files) in a new folder before archiving. That way you can replicate the file-paths of the meshes and textures just by making new folders. When ready to upload, the folder might look something like... Meshes...Furniture......Xiamara.........(Sofa mesh)Textures...Furniture......Xiamara........(Sofa texture)MyHouse.espMyHouseReadme.rtf ...Then you can just archive the contents of the folder. LoginToDownload
Assuming you have an archiving program, (Which you should if you've been able to extract mods okay) just select all the files/folders, right-click on one of them, and select Add to Archive. (Assuming WinRar. I'm pretty sure the selection's name is different for WinZip.)
