Minuteman308
Buy a micro. A better one, not these cheap china headset stuff. Buy a tricaster audio delay to filter unwanted noises and echos out. Buy some pyramide form foam material to cover the walls of the room you wanna record in. Make a few tapes, convert them to .OGG and use them for Fallout, Oblivion, Skyrim whatsoever
SKYZOO
Here's all the tools you'll need straight from the source. Hope it helps, it's what I used and learned from.http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/topic/809-workshop-03-creating-lip-files/(you may have to search out the liptemplate.7z from mediafire on google or another source, if I remember right the one in the link is protected) here's a tutorial on voice acting from a good video (put to 720p and the guy talks and moves fast, pause where needed)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvQCChzifyQ&feature=related Edited August 5, 2012 by SKYZOO
Kaelas11
I am having problems with the lip files. I get to the point where I need to use the oblivion contruction set (And yes I dled 1.0 as I was told) but it wont recognize that the wav. file is in the right folder. Is it because maybe I don't actually HAVE Oblivion? Please help with this immensely frustrating problem. Id like to finish the mod and I need the lip files to do it. Heh. And thanks again for any help given.
CrameKnight
You could try using a Zenhiser Headset and Microphone, so you will have a straight feedback of the actual voice you are recording. If you want a voice actor.... Hehehehehe I can volunteer. Just kidding.
