About the forums... Hmmm well most of the people you meet will be very nice and fun to talk to. Survive? It sounds as if you think its gonna be tough here! :P Its not, its a very fun community and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Recommendations for Fallout 3 mods... Well I always liked Cube Experimental. Its probably one of the most popular quest mods. There's a crap load of mods for armor and weapons, FOOK being a very popular overhaul. Really you need to just browse through the top files and see what you like, or try searching for something you are interested in. There is a lot of stuff out there for Fallout 3.
