Game is Moving Much Faster Than Normal

UPDATE: After uninstalling SSE Engine Fixes and SSE Fixes, the game stopped moving stupid fast and was back to normal, avoid these two mods until they are updated to the newest SKSE version, or else they might break your game.

As of today, my game is moving much faster than normal. Scrolling through the different options on the main menu is ridiculously fast, in-game menus don't even load properly because of how fast they are going, the game itself is moving so fast I can glitch through walls, quest scripts don't load right, clicking to attack forcibly makes me power attack because of how fast the game is relative to me clicking my mouse. I have already tried sgtm 1 and Ctrl + Print Screen. sgtm 1 did not change anything, and Ctrl + Print Screen did slow down the game, but it was still faster than normal and severely limited my mouse sensitivity. The last time I played the game was 2 days ago, and all I did in between was update some mods due to the recent update and install two new mods. I am running a Bash Patched game with Rudy ENB, some plugins are not enabled because they are missing masters (usually mods that have patches for mods I don't have) or have been integrated into the Bashed Patch.

Yeah man, thank you for finding the culprit. Everything is back to normal now :)
