CTD Possible Load Order Help Needed

Resolved.

So, I've just re-installed Oblivion. I'm no stranger to mods, and I've got the latest OBSE, OBMM, Wrye Bash, and Boss editions scrambling to keep up with my obsessive need to mod my game because I've played it for far too long not to. Unfortunately, I've apparently done something wrong when trying out some new (to me) mods. I have my load order, posted below, and wanted to know if there are any glaring issues with it. I have used my TES4 Cleaner, along with all of my previously mentioned resources beforehand, and the only thing that had a problem with cleaning was DLCHorseArmor, which I then removed.

It should be noted, lastly, that I had originally intended to install Better Cities, but was too intimidated by the complexity of the instructions to do so. I may be used to modding, but that's not something I'm willing to delve into without a video tutorial, lol Anyway, one or two of my mods may have been focused with that in mind before I changed it. I have, already, tried to disable them, with no degree of success. I still crash to desktop every time I try to run my game. That being said, would someone please help me?

Update!

I have decided that perhaps, my Better Cities mods had more impact than I had initially thought, and have decided to go through with installing it. I thought, also, that perhaps there was too much of an impact on my system, despite it being set to Low settings on the initial load, and got the recommended mods to increase my FPS listed in the Better Cities description on Nexus.

Added now to my mods list are Better Cities, Oblivion Stutter Remover, Streamline 3.1, Optimized Distant Land Max 75%, weOCPS and Let the People Drink 2.6, and I have TES4LODGen added to my utilities.

I tried running Oblivion after the installation, but it also crashed, though the game credits ran faster, and the loading screen I usually get just before the main menu (due to the amount of mods I have) was actually loading instead of crashing before it even got to the main menu. I am now running LODGen, since I realized I'd forgotten to as per the instructions of ODLM75%, and will update one more time to notify if it worked or not.

What does BOSS say about your load? Have you run mark mergeable in Wrye to build a Bashed patch? I run OOO-FCOM-MMM and BOSS let me know that many of the MMM esp.s were not necessary because they were in OOO (what versions are you using?). I don't have as many mods running but it was very helpful to follow the tutorials for BOSS and Wrye to get my mods running properly. There's also a youtube tutorial on cleaning dirty mods discovered when running BOSS.

BOSS was doing my load order properly, and I actually ended up resolving the problem while keeping my game intact. (I was going to uninstall, run a search, delete all the remaining files, and just reinstall only a few mods.) It turns out that the disk I had for Shivering Isles was incompletely installing the game. It never updated the Oblivion.esm to Oblivion.esm[sI] (Wrye Bash's reading). So all of my mods which had SI as a vital piece of it wouldn't load properly, causing my game to crash. I ended up getting the disc replaced and have installed SI with the new one properly. My game now runs with absolutely no problems. :)
