Christine's COS Silencer Rifle upgraded, possiblt through short qu

I've been playing through on Hard, and have been using Christine's COS Silencer Rifle, but it feels like it's still a little bit weak. I've seen a rather good, short mod, that allowed you to upgrade Ratslayer with a short quest, but it was still pretty weak. Anyway, the damage is just too low, and I wouldn't have the slightest clue as to how to change this myself, so I would appreciate it if someone would be kind enough to upgrade my personally favorite sniper rifle.

 

Also, somewhat unrelated, I've had Stealth Suit Mk II for what seems like for-f***ing-ever, and I can't really find anything better. I would appreciate help in either department.

That is a mod for the sneaky suit it upgrades it into a better sneky suit wit really cool designs, also adds a helm that works with PNV and that is awesome. The helm looks kinda meh imo. But as for as the other thing cant help ya sorry,

Yeah, sure, I'd appreciate it. Obviously don't want some God-gun, it just seems like they overlooked sniper rifles a bit..

OK bumped it up from 62 to 71 (near brush gun damage of 75). Here is a pic of the 45-70 vs the 308....gives you a little idea of how much extra powder (punch) your getting.

I also added the victory rifle knockdown effect, since the weapon packs a real kick.

 

Honestly though, it was alread a very powerful weapon, almost 50% more damage than a standard sniper and a higher crit.
