Wrye Bash Error

hi friends i just make a format of my c: drive, clean install of windows 7 64, updating all, clena install of skyrim, and voila... when i use wrye bash, get this error:

 

Please ensure Wrye Bash is correctly installed.

i use wrye 299 for skyrim and standalone.

 

before i formated my c: drive, wyre bash starts well.

 

any clues please?
