Getissex condition question!

I tried to make what is a converse of "allure" perk (10% better price to opposite sex)

 

and I made enchanted necklace that fortify damage when attacking others of opposite sex.

 

In the condition of effect, I gave something like,

 

(Subject : getissex female == 1) AND (Combat Target : getissex male == 1)

 

and vice versa.

 

 

Now the problem is

 

1. It is not applied for first attack

 

I think this is because after first hit, I make the target into combat target, so the effect is not applied.

 

 

The weirder problem is,

 

2. It is applied in third-person view, but not in first-person view.

 

I have no idea why this happens.

 

Anybody have an idea?
