Skyrim - Riften and Fast Travel crashing

Ok, I'm not sure if you can help me but i really need BIG HELP!

My skyrim game still crashing every minute when I'm fast traveling or going to Riften. I don't know what to do, even If I unistalled whole skyrim and trying without mods it's still causing crashing. But with mods it's more problematic...(But well..I don't have that many mods, so I really don't understand) I tried Boss, everything was okay...and it's still crashing. Here is my list of mods:
