SSE mods uninstalling by them selfs when opening vortex

I install some mods for specail edition skyrim an then i go to play old skyrim or another game an then i go to open back up vortex look at the mods

for sse an then they get auto unintalled please help.

What exactly do you mean by "auto uninstalled"?

 

Do you mean they appear as disabled all of a sudden? If so, can you please specify in as much detail as possible what exactly it was you were doing when that happened.
