Help needed: removing/editing music loops

I've done an entire overhaul of the music for MHW in my mod, and I have asked this before on the modding discord but had gotten no responses. Being hard limited to where a song ends makes it far too much work to edit songs to be within those parameters but it also does not sound good when the song decides to jump back to the start.

 

My question is: how do I actually fix this problem? I'm willing to put the time and effort to fix this, assuming I get the information on how to do so, but I currently don't know how to achieve what I want.
