Infinite Loading Screen (NOT view-distance issue.)

I've been playing skyrim a lot lately (very lightly modded), but out of nowhere my game crashed while leaving DragonsReach. Now I can't even get past the load screen, but there's no errors about corruption or anything, just a infinite loading screen that's not frozen. The animations still play and the tips roll by, but it never loads.

Things I've tried:

The ctrl+alt+del force starting the save

remove skyrim.ini/restore it (It wasn't even modded to begin with)

Turning graphics and view-distances to LOWEST possible. (I usually run it on ultra with no lag what so ever.)

restarting computer

Moving files people said to try. (undid that due to it not working.)

I'm running this on a intel i7, sapphire radeon 6950 hd gfx, 16gb ram (g-skill), and Windows 7 ultimate edition.

Please help anyone, It'd be appreciated a lot. You have no idea how many times I've had to restart this game, and it's to the point of losing interest in every playing it again if i'd have to redo it a fifth time or so.

edit: I've also tried all previous saves, even ones that were minutes/hours before this won't work anymore when they had earlier..
